My problem is about burning my videos that are in my files into a dvd-r disc. Now, in Burn Project I click the check box BURN TO DISC. Now I insert the dvd-r into my drive and I click on BURN. The overall progress is 100% and Current Task are going great. But see, at the very end the Current Task is on Burning Image and The Overall Progress is 100% and Current Task: Completed 100% but at the bottom is saying "FAILED TO START THE IMAGE WRITING OPERATION ERROR WHILE BURNING IMAGE". <--- what does this mean? Can anyone help me please??? This is why I can not burn any of my home-made videos so that I can show to my family.....for more info please send me an invite or pm me or whatever! I need to know.... unsure.gif
Thanks so much, I hope this makes sense

First, make sure your dvd burner has the lastest firmware.  If you still have problems, I strongly suggest you use the Burn Image File instead of burning directly to disc.  I think the extra step will give you less coasters and more success.

The latest firmware? Where can I look? I really don't know much about computers
so burn it to the image file first?? Then burn it again and click on that file that I just burned it to the image file?? I hope it works. Yea I tried video copy and convert and still no progress. But thanks I'll do that right now

The best place to look is the manufacturers web site. If you don't know what you're doing, don't.  Ask a geeky friend for help.  Doing a flash incorrectly can kill your drive.
Burn to an image file, when complete, open up Video Copy and Convert and choose the image file as the source and your dvd drive as the destination and it should work fine.
