I have a brand new HP workstation which came bundled with Creator Basic v9

The install appears to run fine (if you choose typical) albeit completing very fast but only the Sonic Activation module appears to be installed.

If you choose custom install the next window contains no options available for install.

The CD works fine on at least 2 other PC's

I have tried copying the entire CD to the HD - same problem
I have tried running the installation across the network from a PC the install does work on - same problem
I have tried a 'clean' install (despite this being a new PC with no other Roxio/Sonic software installed)
I have tried using the Windows installer cleanup utility.

Corrado,

You seem to have done all the right things. I don't know why this software hasn't installed.

Give it a day or two to see if someone else here has had this problem and fixed it, else I'm afraid you will need to go back to HP Tech Support for assistance. HP has undertaken to provide support for their bundled version, so Roxio Tech Support won't assist you. sad.gif
