Has any one figured out what is wrong with toast and Jam I have version 6 and when I open the program it fails to display a "burn" page. However the program shows up in the dock as though it is working. Once it's "open" it won't close and I have to manually shut the machine down by holding the power button. I have not updated this software but have done the monthly mac updates on a regular basis. this is crap. As you all know the program is expensive and using itunes to burn in a pro studio doe s not allow for teh "mastering capabilities that Toast and Jam offer.
ANY HELP IS APPREICATED!

Apple's updates to QuickTime make it necessary to update Toast 6 and Jam 6 to their latest versions.
Do you have any Firewire devices connected other than hard drives? Toast 6 won't like it if you have a Firewire video capture device connected.
