Error CANT START PROGRAM

I JUST DOWNLOADED CREATOR 9 FROM A DISC I BROUGHT FROM ROXIO ONLINE. BUT WHEN I CLICK ON THE ICON TO START IT I GET THIS MESSAGE.: COULD NOT COMMPLETE THE LAST COMMAND BECAUSE UNKNOWN ERROR. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME. dry.gif

What is the name of the file you downloaded and the size? Are you sure the download completed?
Also, please don't post in all caps as it's considered 'shouting' in the forum world!
