Ever since EMC 8 and now EMC 9 when I would use Photosuite the program stays as an active process in Task Manager even after exiting the program and the Roxio Creator Home program. I usually have to go to Windows Task Manager and End Process on Photosuite9.exe to get it out of memory. If I don't, sometimes Windows will crash or won't shutdown. Last time caused a major malfunction in Windows when I tried to use Photosuite again after exiting the first time.
I have an AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 5600+ with 4 Gb of DDR2 800 RAM and about 500 GB of free disk space, so memory or space ain't NO PROBLEM. I'm running Windows XP SP2 + all the extras.
This has been ongoing with this system and my previous built system.
Any fixes out there or do I have to keep doing it the hard way???????
