Hello all...

Here's my dilemma.  I have a DVD prepared and when I try to burn it I get an error along the lines of "Cannot Transcode Video because no Plugins installed."  I've tried making a DVD of the test files and that WORKED.  I've have tried re-encoding to these specs from the help file:

MPEG-2
(MP@ML)

NTSC
(525/60)

720 x 480

29.97

4:3,16:9

9.80 max.

36 fields/
18 frames max.


(WTF is a GOP size, I don't have an adjustment for that?)

and I still cannot burn my clips.

Does your video have any audio in it? I once tried to transcode a video file that had no audio and it didn't like it. So I created a blank audio track and then it was fine.
