When I burn a DVD the process proceeds as normal and then at the end I get a Fixation error and the disk is unreadable. Any sugestions? Roxio's support page doesn't list the error.

Have you updated the firmware on your burner?

Firmware is latest version. New HP pavilion laptop.

i'm getting the same error at 98% completion. I have a Dell 8400 with a Philips dvd8601 Dual layer DVD writer

You started out posting about your problem in the version 7/7.5 area. This post you made is in the version 6 area. Which version of the software do you actually have???

BTW, version 6 (if that's what you do have) does not support dual layer DVD's.
