Some Buttons Wont Work.............

did a test burn of my MYDVD9 home movie project. Im having menu navigation problems.
went to play it back on the computer, and I cant get to next menu page to view the next 4 chapters. The arrow icon lights up when I bring the mouse to it, but it wont respond to clicks. The other arrow (home or up arrow) works fine, I just cant get it to advance to the next submenu page.

any ideas?

using MYDVD9 on a Dell Dimension E510, Intel Pentium D Processor 820, (8.2GHz), 1GB DDR2 SDRAM at 533MHz, 128MB ATI Hyper Memory PCI-Express X16/ Radeon x300 SE, 160GB, windows Media Player, Intel Pro 100m Integrated PCI NIC card
