Just upgraded my Cyberlink Power Producer to version 5.0 to see what they are offering with BDMV - rather basic stuff - like Ulead DVD Movie Factory but the unusual thing is you can use .m2t files and there is NO TRANSCODING - in fact the whole writing to volume process for a 20 min blu-ray took less than 25 minutes or so and most of that was in creating motion menus. The volume has "BDMV" and "CERTIFICATE" folders and when I play it through Nero 8 it works. I thought that .m2t was non-compliant with the blu-ray standards??
