Actually, I have found it to be among the best. Having issues and software that doesn't always perform is a problem, but Scott and the guys at Roxie, I believe, are doing their best to help. Problem is, most computers are configured differently and some software makers, Microsoft, AOL, et. al., believe their software is better and tries to take control of a system which can create problems with other software and hardware. I found found these guys at Roxio to be among the best. They monitor these boards and try to work with customers to resolve issues as best they can. Try to get someone at Adobe and most other companies to even respond. Enough said.
