I am having problems with Easy Creator 9 which was preinstalled on my Computer which is just one year old and operating on Windows Vista.Worked like a dream until I decided to upgrade to Easy Creator 10 Suite. Sounds as if you had the same problem as me .. not the desired effect one would expect if you pay for an upgrade. Got a refund- bad mistake.
Now Easy Creator 9 will not work. Tried everything but to no avail. Dell support will "fix" my problem for €50 . Any advice.

Seems all you can do is pay Dell the €50, if you've tried everything else to no avail. sad.gif
