When i try to close a disc in Drag-to-disc i keep getting the message 'Failed to prepare media for CD-Rom or DVD-ROM compatibility'. Any suggestions? I use EMC 9 and i just reinstalled it via Change in Add/Remove Programs but it made no difference.

Read the Tips & Tricks, it was posted there a long time ago, when V9 was first in production.

I looked into Tips & Tricks but I did not find a specific answer for my problem. If you could be more specific I would be grateful.

OK, Close Disc doesn't work in V9! Many reported it locked up their PC.

There will be no fix and V9 was the last version of D2D Roxio produced.

This would be a good time to start figuring out how to live without it.
