I have Easy Media Creator 9, Basic v9. It has been working fine for a long time. It has stopped working. I can't open the create a DVD skin.
The quick DVD skin won't load as well. I get an error message stating "unable to load skin". I'm using Windows Vista. Does anybody know
how I can get the create a DVD skin to load?

Did you load any new applications? Read this (link)
Update you video card drivers and the appropriate Direct X version for your video card.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
