I just installed adobe CS3 with premiere pro and encore. It appears to have disabled drive detection on EMC9. Has anyone else had this problem? I uninstalled and reinstalled EMC9 but it still doesn't work.

Why would you uninstall the Roxio software? I would have uninstalled the Adobe, since it caused the problem. Try running the PX engine in the following link:

Tech support was great. They answered back quickly and the http://images.roxio.com/en/support/pxengine3_00_58a.zip file solved the problem.

I am glad that it worked for you. The PXengine is what my post links to.
