I have been trying to register EMC 9 - retail box purchase - but whenever i try to do so i keep getting a 'registration general error' and i am unable to register. Any help would be appreciated. Also i am unable to close a disc in 'Drag-to-disc' and have not been able to find any posts indicating what to do.
