Trying to print a DVD case. I'm having problems getting the correct width. It keeps printing out at about 10 3/4 inches. I need it a little wider to fit snugly in the case. How can I adjust it? Tried to "calibrate" but I keep getting this error message -- "An unknown error occurred while accessing an unknown file".

The default margins set on your printer for 8 1/2" X 11" paper, probably won't allow it. I use 8 1/2" X 14" legal paper. The DVD case is 10.89, if I remember correct.
