Hi. Something messed up with the Roxio 9.1 DE that was pre-installed on my computer ( A Dell laptop running Vista Home Premium), so I had to follow the clean install instructions. All was fine, until I tried to reinstall Roxio. It came up with a message once the setup loaded saying "Not supported on current operating system: Roxio Creator BDAV Plugin".
Firstly, what is the BDAV plugin and what does it do?
Secondly, it was installed on my computer before I did the clean uninstall/install thingy, why won't it install now?

The BDAV plug in will only work on a PC that actually has a BDAV drive in it.
It should install after you hit OK there.
If not, you will have to contact Dell as it is OEM software.
