Program downloaded from Tivo just fine, all 802MB of it. I can play the entire 33 minute program in Windows Media Player (ver 10.00.00.4058), but I cannot any more than 6:38.05 minutes of it in Roxio ver9 and thus I cannot burn it onto DVD.   When I get anything to record at all the audio is shifted from the video.  

Roxio software came with new Dell desktop. Contacted Dell and spent hours upon hours upon hours doing clean installs and the like.  What is up?
