Is there a user manual for BackOnTrack Online that can be downloaded or purchased?

Also, When I try to restore files the online instructions in Step 1 tell me to click on the My Protected Computers tab. There is no such tab displayed when I login. I tried this process on 2 computers thinking that the tab would only show on the machine that didn't have BackOnTrack Online installed.

Can anyone please help with the above two topics?

and how do we control which files are backed up?
and what about the disaster recovery options- are there none for online back on track--
am about to cancel subscription.
