Can anyone please help me with the installtion of my backup cds that I bought over the computer? I deleated my creator 9 because of a virious . So I'm trying to install the CD i got in the mail. And I can't Any suggestions please.. Thanks JoAnn

If you do the Format C: you might have to install Windows again first, before installing the Roxio software.
