Can't Reinstall My Creator 9

unsure.gif  Can anyone please help me with the installtion of my backup cds that I bought over the computer? I deleated my creator 9 because of a virious . So I'm trying to install the CD i got in the mail. And I can't  Any suggestions please.. Thanks JoAnn

If your computer was infected with viruses, I would start by doing a Format C:, then install the Roxio software.

If you do the Format C: you might have to install Windows again first, before installing the Roxio software.

"And I can't" is a pretty broad and vague statement…

How about some more details that would tell us what happens after you put the Program disc in?
