After having finally installed and (presumably) got my Back on Track working. I made the boot disk, as well as the eleven DVD's to do a complete system backup. Nowhere in the sparse documentation could I find what to do with those DVD's if there should be a disaster.

In other words, what are the precise steps upon booting a disaster stricken computer? Do you put the first DVD in the drive before booting? Do you have to reinstall windows from a restore set first?

Roxio needs to put up a step by step manual on there site for those who have purchased this product. If the software does what it says, it will be worth the purchase price, but clear understandable directions is reassuring when all of your data is at stake (and all your installed programs).

I hope Roxio makes some changes.

Agreed. It's a little disturbing that nobody from Roxio has replied to this post.

Not having a full, printable, manual seriously reduces the value of the product to me.
