Loading Components

When I open Roxio 7, it says that it's loading components, but it never comes up. What should I do?

First......provide us with some more information, their is no charge for details.

What O/S do you have

Were did you get the Roxio program

ETC

Etc.

Are you talking about clicking on the Home icon on your desktop?
