Hi, i'm new to this forum site.  I was hoping if someone would be kind enough to give me some help.  I bought MyDVD9 just yesterday. . doesn't seem like many people have this program, but anyway, everytime I load it, it crashes.  . and so does me Internet Explorer.  It seemed pretty cool, until it started freezing up and crashing. Can anyone tell me how to fix this annoying problem? glare.gif  Thanks and i'll be standing by.

V10 has been out for some time but there are still many happily using v9.
Please post your complete system specs so that we may help you.  Video work is demanding on a computer system and having your drivers and firmware updated as well as your hard drive defragged is a good first step.
