Never learned how to format a CD so that one can add files after the initial burning.  Guidance sought.

Never learned how to format a CD so that one can add files after the initial burning.  Guidance sought.

First, you don't have to format anything.  Use Creator Classic.  Open Creator Classic, click on Data Disc, browse to the folders that you want to add to the project, then click on Burn.  Then, down below, on the screen that comes up, click on the + by the Burn Options, then uncheck the box to the left of Read Only.  Burn your project.  You will be able to add more data to the disc, whenever you want.

The next time you put your disc in your drive, you open Creator Classic again, and you will be prompted "Import Disc Session"?  Click on the icon below that balloon, then add your new data, and burn again.  Repeat, until the disc is filled, then close it, on the last session that will fit on the disc, by putting a check in the box to the left of Read Only.

I think the OP is referring to the tip!    I don't know if his Dell DE Edition includes it...quietly now  Darg to Disc (D2D)....
