I use Videowave to edit a video, then click on "Burn." This takes me to DVD Builder. From there, I click on "Burn" (don't add fancy menus, etc.) The burning goes almost to the end, but fails at the last step (can't remember - is it called the title or menu?) I've successfully burned DVD's this way before. Then had a string of failures. Then success for awhile. Now back to failures. Don't know the causes. Any suggestions?

Do not have IE 7 nor WMP 11 installed

Then to avoid beating around the bush for a long time I would try the Clean Install procedure first – Here

You should also visit the website of your DVD burner or computer manufacturer to see if there are any updates/firmware for that burner.

Sometime burners need an update to recognize the newer DVDs properly.

You could also try an Add/Remove programs/ change/ REPAIR before you do the clean install.
