I exported HDV from Avid Media Composer to mpeg stream.  The video looks great in DVDit ProHD and I can set chapter points, etc.  Problem is the mpeg clip is 13.9GB in size and DVDit reports I still have 23GB available on disc.  After dropping video into DVDit ProHD and building volume the process goes: Transcode Video / import video / transcode audio / creating project / creating titles / adding video / adding audio / writing volume / volume completed successfully.  When I play completed volume the DVD ends about 5 minutes before end of video.   This was authored without chapters or menus.  When I try to add a chapter, I get error:  Runtime error: Avid DVD by sonic.exe... R6025 -pure virtual function call.

Not sure why, but the AVid DVDit ProHD is an older version of the retail version I already owned when I bought Avid Media Composer.  On a hunch, I uninstalled the Avid version and re-installed my newer version and Viola!  Problem solved.  Not sure why the AVid version didn't work right, but at this point I'm just glad to have a finished product.
