Hi - I have successfully burned to DVD about thirteen DVD but sometimes it works and sometimes it dosen't - right it doesn't. I have done what Roxio tech staff has asked me to do. I don't get a error message but when I put it in my DVD it takes a long time loading and then says there is no disc - I have used new disc with same message. When it is burning and encoding preview it starts showing what is on movie but then goes to gray screen - it goes through the whole progess to 100% but does not replay on DVD player. I haven't written down how I capture and edit and choose menu and burn and try to do the same each time. I have changed the speed from 4 to 2 something but not helping. HELP!! THANKS for any help I can receive!!

Instead of burning directly to a DVD, burn to an image file (.ISO) file first, then burn that image file to a DVD, using Disc Copier.
