This rss feed doesn't work:
http://www.linuxtoday.com/backend/biglt.rss

Anyone have a solution for this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not only linux today...

- xkcd.com
- astalavista.com
- thehotfix.net
- dictionary.com (wordoftheday)

It seems media ticker doesn't like some kind of rss's...

Does anyone know something on this?

The Linuxtoday feed does not appear to be a valid feed. IE7 can't read it, and it fails in the Feed Validator:

http://www.feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?url...end%2Fbiglt.rss

I usually check this first when a feed fails. I'll have a look at the other feeds mentioned, too. Often, we will put in workarounds for common feed anomolies, but it's hard to catch them all.

Regarding the other feeds,

- xkcd.com
- astalavista.com
- thehotfix.net
- dictionary.com (wordoftheday)

All of them fail to validate in Feed Validator except:

http://syndicated.livejournal.com/xkcd_rss/data/atom

...for xkcd.com.

That said, we will see if we can workaround the RSS compliance issues from the other feeds.
