Error Installing

Windows Vista 64 bit
8 gig ram
intel quad processor

installed roxio suite 10 on vista 32 bit worked ok
upgraded to vista 64 bit reinstalled roxio suite 10 got error installing ikernel.exe
reloaded vista 32 bit reinstalled roxio suite 10 got error installing ikernel.exe

nothing on vista web site about error
and little elswhere

please help thankyou

Searches indicate it is an Installshield problem. Take a look MS Vista and see what you can come up with.

But slapping different OS's on a HD is really not conducive to stable performance. If you get more problems, gpb's solution would be your best bet!
