I need some help. When I first installed the Blackberry Desktop Manager 4.3 that comes with Media Manager 9 it worked for a few weeks. Five days ago I started to receive this error and can no longer use Media Manager for my Blackberry.

The Error is:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program: C:Program Files\Roxio\Media Manager 9\MediaManager9.exe

The application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I have taken every step I could find in both Roxio KB and Microsoft KB.
I even removed every Roxio product I have on my computer.

The only thing I have not done is crate a new profile which I can not do.

Windows XP SP2

Type Blackberry in the search box, upper right, and you should get lots of hits.
Life is good!

Since you mentioned it worked for a few weeks, did you install any new program or run any reg cleaner/anti-spyware recently?
