Same problem but im using Windows Vista SP1 on a Dell Vostro 400. No other junk should be playing a problem as i only got it yesterday and nothing has been installed!
Anyone got any ideas as i would like to burn an ISO.

The Dell OEM version (DE) is a cut down version and no-one here is really sure just what has been removed from it
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

Afraid not - any Roxio updates are for the retail packages only. Updates to OEM packages are supplied by the OEM in question.
Unfortunately all this does is prove that "what you get for free is worth exactly what you paid for it"
