Out of no where my timeline view is gone from the production editor views in EMC9 Suite VideoWave. Roxio gave me two suggestions (a system restore and a clean uninstall/reinstall). Neither of them worked. Has anyone else had this problem or can offer a solution. It is not a trial version and I have had the timeline view and used it successfully for over a year already...it just suddenly was no longer there!?

In addition to the "clean install", get rid of any malware/spyware on your computer, using a free version of AdAware or Spybot.  Also run a virus check, update your video drivers, and defrag your hard drive.

I am a little slow this morning… There are buttons for Storyline and Timeline in VW. Are you saying the Timeline button is missing???

The Clean Install is a very specific procedure and all steps must be completed. Skip one and it will fail.

Was this problem ever resolved? If so, how'd you do it? I'm having the same problem.

It's a fairly safe bet that if nothing has been heard in over two years - yes it was resolved
