[The Hustler]

Hi everybody,
Fisrt of all sorry if my english is not good. Well, my problem is when i´m trying to burn movies in a DVD i get this message:
error: Sense: 04 ASC: 44 ASCQ:

I´m using Roxio 9 Easy Media Creator. I´m trying to burn these movies following this path: data --> data disc. I´m trying to burn other types of files and I´m getting the same error. I have tried with several brands of blank DVD+RW. Will it be a problem of hardware? I´ve got a Pioneer DVDRW DVR K-17B. Thank you.

Sense: 04 ASC: 44 is "Internal Target Failure" according to the MMC6 standard. You might try searching for information on that description.

It is listed in the Hardware Failures table, but I have heard of cases where slowing the burn speed or changing disc type have cleared the problem.
