I am not able to open most of the Roxio files in EMC 10 Suite.

I have d/l'd and installed from the Update area at the Roxio site, and the problem still exists.

The program was working about a month ago, but now I can't get the icons to open anything.

Any suggestions??????

Thanks.

David

Do you have Norton or McAfee on your computer?  Did you run any other registry entry, lately?

In your reply to the above link, you mention reinstalling the entire suite.  That's ok, but I have 19 Roxio program in my 'uninstall window', and they take a long time uninstall.  Is there an uninstall program for entire suite on Roxio's site?  If you know where, please let me know.

Thanks:)

Hello David,

We had such an uninstaller a while back, made by a fellow customer, but Roxio staff objected to it. A simple uninstall/reinstall should rebuild the broken registry key.
I have no idea when we will be allowed to have the EMC 10 repairer, but will chase it up again.

Would you please send me a private message [click on my name alongside this post, and 'send message'] with an email address where I can contact you?

Regards,
Brendon
