When my Windows XP opens, I have a message that says "Roxio UPnP Service 9 has encounterde a problem and must close"
I close this message and everything seems to work fine in Roxio, at least Videowave and My DVD, programs that I use regulary
Where this message comes from, is ther a way to get ride of it and what is going wrong

Try going into the Control Panel – Add/Remove Programs, select Roxio and then select Repair.

Try this, first. Go into Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Services. Scroll down to the Roxio entries, and set ALL of them to manual. There is at least one entry there, for UPnP. Reboot your computer, and see if the problem is gone.
