after several runs without any problem, there comes a time when disc copier 9 asks me to activate the product in order to continue to copy cds and dvds. The problem is that this activation window pops up the following "internet explorer script error":
Line: 924
Char: 2
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method
Code:0
URL: file:///C:/Program%20Files/Common%20Files/Roxio%20Shared/DLLShared/SAR_HTML_9/activation.htm?Exe=DiscCopier9.exe
then it prompts me to whether to continue running scripts or not. I say "yes" and then another message pops up:
Line: 74
Char: 14
Error: 'kLanguage.Length' is null or not an object
Code: 0
URL: file:///C:/Program%20Files/Common%20Files/Roxio%20Shared/DLLShared/SAR_HTML_9/activation.htm?Exe=DiscCopier9.exe
again, I press "yes" to continue to run everything else and then pops up a window which supposed to be the activation window, but I only see some buttons on the bottom of the window, maybe to continue, cancel or who knows what else and these spaces to maybe write down an activation code. But since I don't know what this is about, I can't activate it and disc copier stops responding.
Roxio tech support prompted me to shut down all non-windows services, except for the roxio ones, as well as all entries on the "startup" tab on msnconfig.exe and so I did. But the problem remains.
I'm using windows vista ultimate sp1 and roxio easy media creator with installed update to 9.1
Any workarounds?
