Hi, i'm a new user...every time i attempt to edit, and use pause or restore or slow...program encounters an error and shuts down...whats up? I'm running media edition XP with sp2.

I don,t have Buzz on my computer, so I have no hands on knowledge of this program.

What kind of video file are you using? Are you using Buzz or Buzz Lite?

If Buzz Lite, you can just download the latest version 2 on the Roxio Labs site.
