I get the message "... make sure you have 0 KB free on any one of your hard drives...". Often I can copy the DVD but occasionally I get the message. It makes no sense since I'm not loading on to my computer.

There is probably some staging going on but I do remember that one other person got that message. I can't find the reason and the fix. How much clean and defragged space do you have on your hard drives? Go to Windows and remove all the temporary files.
Do you have two burners? Are you sure that the source and destination burners are different.
