Error: Unable To Load Skin!

I am using a Windows PC and all of a sudden MyDVD 9 will not open any of my files!
I have turned off my Norton Security and it still doesn't work! the message I receive is "ERROR: Unable to Load Skin." mad.gif
any help?

any help?

A repair install might help but have you run any registry cleaners lately?  Some of them can mess with the Roxio regsitry and cause problems like what you're seeing.

That depends on the version you have.  If you have the disc, you should be able to use the Add/Remove programs in the control panel and choose Repair install.  It should then ask you for your disc.
If it came preinstalled on your system, it all depends on how they gave you the program.  On a separate disc or hidden on a separate partition on your hard drive.

What files?  It will only reinstall Roxio, not your OS but it's always a good idea to back up and also create a restore point before doing anything you're concerned about.
