  When I am using any of the Video tools to modify, create a DVD, or anything I cannot see anything in the preview screen other than a black screen. I choose a video to preview, but I do not see anything. I tried reloading DirectX and then the complete reinstall of EasyCreator 10, but nothing. Is anyone having the same issue.

Does Tech Support check this Forums at all?

Update the drivers for your video card.  What video card do you have?

A Roxio person drops into the forums, every once in awhile, but he isn't a tech support person.  If you want to get your message to a tech support person, contact Roxio directly.
