E-mail Address For Technical Support

I need an e-mail address for technical support. I've registered TWICE and neither of my log-in accounts are known to the on-line support page. I ahve some screen shots and questions why my Video-Wave 5.0 won't work correctly.

There is a section of the forums for Legacy products.  You may want to post here since there may be more people familiar with that ancient product.  I would honestly doubt that anyone at Roxio would be familiar with that product.

Why don't you ask for help there?  You can post screen shots on a On-line image sharing site and link to them.

What OS are you trying to use VW 5 with; what version of IE and what version of WMP?  What are your computer specs?
