As Ijar noted, go to Control Panel – Add/Remove Programs and run the Repair option.  No need for disc trying it this way.

When did you purchase the download?

Magic !

I'll check this out and report back.

This raises the question as to what someone w/o a disc can do to effectuate a clean install.  That was one of the reasons I asked when the purchase was made, to see if he can get the disc bundled in w/ the prior purchase.  Can you just go back and re-download the program?  I assume there is a time limit ....

Answered where you posted the question: Here

That's getting picky…

The choices are "Change" or "Remove".

Since you don't want to Remove, one would logically pick Change.

Then you pick "Repair"

I get the same options as James.  There is a Repair option, after clicking the Modify button.
