Try using different browsers, if you only use Safari, try Firefox.
Make sure you allow popups too.

alright, I just tried firefox and it will not work. What the heck? Could someone please help me track down a direct download link? It keeps sending me back to the page where I choose the software that I want support for right when I think I am about to download the latest version. I want my toast 7 fixes! thanks! =)
