I use Sonic Back Up My PC version 6.0.0. and after completing the back up process the programme hangs on "Marking files as archived". The first green square appears but it makes no further progress although the piece of paper is still flying across the top of the box. It is impossible to cancel the operation and the only way forward is to switch off the power to the tower. Can anyone throw any light on the way to correct this problem? Am I right in assuming that this is a different programme than Back up my PC 2006? Is it possible to download version 6.0.0. with a view to reinstalling? The programme originally came with HP Personal Media Drive. Many thanks. Roy
