I have an issue with my CD Creator 9 app. I was saving a 7.5GB DVD to an ISO image and while this was on, my notebook restarted for some driver update. Since then, everytime I open Roxio Creator DE for any writing/copying, I get a message at the bottom left hand corner that drive is "In use by <User>". When I click on any operation, it says "Drive is in use by <user>. Please wait until that project is complete, and try again."

How do I get rid of this error?

Assuming you have the disc from Dell, I would first try the Repair option from Control Panel – Add/Remove Programs.

If that doesn't work, you should follow the Clean Install procedures – Here
