If I go to the Roxio Labs web page, there is a notice that Buzz light has graduated and that the free version is no longer available, yet when I look to the left column, I still see it listed and the download is reachable. I clicked on the download but then canceled.
Is it still available for those who want it? I have been recommending it on the upper sections of the board.

Roxio Buzz has indeed graduated. Some links may still be available but probably not for long. Thanks for recommending it. We have really appreciated the feedback from users on the Lite version.
