After installing Window XP Service Pack 3, I find that Roxio Home does not terminate and I could not restart it without rebooting. After fiddling with it for a day or so, I decided to check the Task Manager Processes. I ended the process and was able to restart Roxio. I suspect there is a Registry entry that is missing or needs changing. Can anyone advise me on this? I am running EMC 9.1.

Thanks. I have tried the clean installs a couple of times. I can live with it the way it is until a fix shows up. It's just another minor irritation now.

I have XP SP3 installed on 2 different computers and I can't get the problem to replicate.
Could it be another program you've installed is causing the conflict?
Another thing to do is use the applications from the Start menu instead of the ones from the Home app.

There won't be any fixes for V9 which has been out of production for almost a year now…

It could be Norton 360 V2. I hadn't used Roxio for a while, and I noticed the problem after having to reinstall Roxio because of Norton 360 V2.
