Hi,

today I burned a DVD and noticed that Toast shortens the long file names (LFN). I used the option Mac & PC in Toast.
Then I burned the same DVD with the DVD-ROM (UDF) option and that worked fine.


Is it possible to change the settings so that LFN are supported?

The long file names should have remained on the Mac version of the burned disc. Did two icons appear in the Finder when you inserted the Mac & PC burned disc? If so, one is the Mac version and one is the PC version. The PC's ISO 9660 version shortens long file names. There's info about this in the Making an ISO 9660 disc in Toast Help.
