Is X.5.3 Effecting Spin Doctor

I just started playing with Spin Doctor but I had updated to X.5.3 a few days ago. I am unable to send my files to iTunes. When I try, nothing happens. I have a hunch that this is not a coincidence. Can anyone help me on this? Does anyone know if these are in fact related?
