Hi hot EMC10  and was trying to print a dvd cover the other day so i inserted the image and stretched it then put it on standard a4 paper  and printed , now it went the right way as in long ways but cut off at least 3cm of the bottom and i cant figure out why can some one help please.

Couple of things to try.  1) Make sure your computers Windows display font is set to 96 dpi. 2) Use the calibrate and fine tune function in Label Creator  to get alignment for your printer.  You can print on a standard piece of paper and hold it in from of the "commercial" paper.  Measure and make adjustments.

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
